The Eastern Monroe Public Library consists of the main library in Stroudsburg, (known as the Hughes Library) and two branch libraries: the Pocono Township Library on Route 611 in Tannersville, and the Smithfields Library in Foxmoor Village on Route 209 in Marshalls Creek.
