Great Books Reading Group

The Great Books reading group that meets at Eastern Monroe Public Library is one of more than 800 reading groups in the Great Books tradition. Meetings are scheduled at the library on the first and/or third Friday of each month from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm., October through May based on availability of space at the library. Fall 2013 Reading Schedule

 GREAT BOOKS DISCUSSIONS will take place October 2013 through May 2014, from 1:30 to 3:30 at Hughes Public Library, North Ninth Street, Stroudsburg, on first and third Fridays of each month.

This group will be reading from The Great Books Reading and Discussion FIRST SERIES (ADU-1) ISBN 978-0-045159-75-9, a two-volume set with Reader's Aid.  Cost: $28.95, with additional for shipping: 15 classic readings plus a reader's aid.  The set can be ordered by calling 1-800-222-5870 or
