Second Monday of every month, 5pm to 6:30pm.
Eastern Monroe Public Library, in partnership with Ellen Greenfield, Licia Mosher & Tina LaVacca are hosting a special reading program. All programs begin promptly. At each of these special events, each child registers for a 15-minute session in which they read aloud to Annie, Naomi or Daphney.
