Eastern Monroe Public Library -in partnership with Ellen Greenfield, Licia Mosher, Terry Talbott & Gloria Ladlee- is hosting a special reading program. All programs begin promptly. At each of these special events, each child registers for a 15-minute session in which they read aloud to Annie, Daphney, Kirby or Max.
