Eastern Monroe Public Library Meetings are held at 2:00 p.m. the Second Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted) at the Pocono Township branch of the library. It is led by Michael Steen, a retired high school English teacher. The branch is located at the Pocono Township municipal complex on Route 611 in Tannersville.
