Examinations are given on the second floor of the Hughes Library, 1002 North Ninth Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 in the history room or on the computer station in the history room as needed.

Proctoring is available at EMPL branches at the discretion of the Branch Manager:

It is the responsibility of the student to

• Request examinations be sent to the library by the examining body or institution
• Reimburse the library for postage, photocopying or faxing if requested
• Schedule a convenient time with the reference desk for taking the examination within the time frame allowed by the examining body
