membership fees, donations, and the annual book sale.

Gifts to THE EMPL FOUNDATION may be made in cash or with other property. They may be present gifts or gifts to take effect in the future such as by a will either without restriction or subject to certain conditions. Gifts may also be the whole of the amount given or with part reserved or directed to other beneficiaries.
Shelvers: Detail-oriented book lovers needed to shelve library books at the
Hughes Library and its branches. Good alphabetizing skills essential. Familiarity
with Dewey Decimal is helpful, but we will train. To apply, call the Circulation

Outreach services: We seek dedicated, well-organized "people person"
to help us extend library service to special-needs groups such as the homebound,
assisted living residents and daycare centers.Previous experience in a social
services setting helpful. Interested applicants should call the Outreach Services

Be responsible for one small section of the print collection. Keep it neat
and orderly with just four visits a month. Minimum of 1 to 2 scheduled hours
one day a week. A schedule will be arranged to meet the volunteer and the
Library. Reports to the Head of Circulation
